Nate is currently pursuing a Bachelor of science with an Honors Specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He is passionate about the role of exercise and physical activity in leading a healthy and fulfilling life. This summer, Nate will be examining the effects of a maximal aerobic exercise test on blood glucose levels in people with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to better understand the short-term implications of high-intensity exercise on individuals with PCOS. When not in the lab, Nate enjoys hiking, skiing, weightlifting, playing sports and spending time with friends and family.
